INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil apple cider, butter, honey, sugar, salt and cinnamon and remove from heat.
2. Mix in flour in small amounts until fully incorporated.
3. Add in eggs on at a time until thoroughly mixed.
4. Add in diced apple.
5. Using a small cookie scoop, drop dough into fryer and fry until golden. If dough is still not fully cooked, finish in oven.
6. Cover with cinnamon and sugar and serve warm. Goes great with a caramel dipping sauce.
