INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, and salt, into a large bowl. Add the buttermilk, butter, egg, banana, and chocolate chips. Using the spoon or wisk to mash up the sliced banana some, be careful not to over mix the batter.
2. Spray a little Pam into a large warm frying pan (cast iron are the best) on medium heat. Scoop the batter into the pan and cook until the batter starts to get fluffy and golden around the edges. Flip the pancake and cook to golden brown.
