INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut the stem off of each jalapeņo and then use a paring knife, to clean out the cavity of each jalapeno, removing all of the seeds and membrane and rinse the jalapeņos.
2. In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese and brisket, stirring together.
3. Spoon cream cheese and brisket mixture, filling the jalapeno.
4. Wrap a piece of bacon around the stuffed pepper and secure with a toothpick.
5. Place the stuffed peppers in the basket of the air fryer,working in batches if necessary. Be sure they aren't overlapping each other in the basket.
6. Air fry at 370 °F for 12-15 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness.
