INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, and seasonings. Stir together until the ingredients are well mixed and onion and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the ground beef.
2. Shape the meatloaf into a loaf and place on top of a piece of air fryer parchment paper or small pan or tray. Air fry at 380 °F for 16-18 minutes.
3. While the meatloaf is cooking, in a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir together until well combined.
4. Once the meatloaf is done cooking, open basket, and brush sauce on top. Return basket to air fryer and air fry at 380 °F for an additional 2-3 minutes.
