INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop garlic and put in pestil.
2. Sprinkle salt on top.
3. Mash garlic and salt until pasty.
4. Cut up basil; put in pestil and mash with garlic mixture until pasty.
5. Fill pestil with vegetable oil.
6. Pour mixture into pot or container. Then fill the pestil with oil again pouring mixture into container with previous oil mixture.
7. Finally fill the pestil with hot water and pour contents into container with oil mixture.
