INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix sugar, egg and salt together and set aside.
2. Cook rice in milk. Do not cover. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower temperature and let simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Add sugar mixture to rice and cook 15 minutes more stirring constantly.
4. Add vanilla and raisins and transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle top of mixture with cinnamon and place in refrigerator to chill.
