INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
2. Mix garlic, peppers, olive oil, brine, and salt.
3. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
4. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
5. Thread shrimp onto the bamboo skewers.
6. Gradually heat grill pan to medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
7. Oil the grill pan.
8. Sear shrimp skewers in batches, 2-3 minutes per side.
9. Remove shrimp from grill pan and garnish with parsley.
10. Serve immediately.
