INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cover fish with water.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Simmer for 7 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
4. Drain and let fish cool.
5. Heat olive oil in frying pan & sautee garlic until golden 6. do not burn.
7. Add red pepper seeds to suit taste and simmer 1 minute more.
8. Flake fish into pieces in bowl, removing any skin.
9. Pour olive oil over fish & toss gently.
10. Serve at room temperature.
