INGREDIENTS
4 Tbsp Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Diced
1 Can Anchovy Fillets
1/8 Cup Basil, Fresh
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Artichoke Hearts
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil and brown the garlic.
2. Pour off the anchovy oil and reserve.
3. Mash the anchovies into a paste and mix with basil.
4. Add the anchovy/basil paste to oil and garlic and simmer.
5. Add the anchovy oil.
6. Add grated cheese to taste and several artichoke hearts.
7. Simmer a little longer then serve over pasta.
